It's April, fools. And Happenin Records is coming out of hibernation with a bang. We've got two hot new releases from two hot new additions to our band roster. First off is a blazing hot new EP from one of Alabama's most beloved and legendary punk bands, the Nowhere Squares. After months of straining in hot anticipation, Happenin Records has finally squeezed out a fresh, brightly polished new release. Introducing Selby, the thoughtful solo music of Montgomery's own Paul Gaines.

Paul who? Do you remember that frighteningly intense Montgomery band from back in the day called Wax Bars? You remember, right? Happenin Records put out that CD of theirs with the guy with the forehead and the blood. That band. Paul was the guitar half of Wax Bars, and now we find him unplugged and introspective with his first official solo release on HR, Visitation.
