It's April, fools. And Happenin Records is coming out of hibernation with a bang. We've got two hot new releases from two hot new additions to our band roster. First off is a blazing hot new EP from one of Alabama's most beloved and legendary punk bands, the Nowhere Squares. Feeling in the dark is a perfect 6 song EP that just may leave you in a sugar coma, and you will be sure to have your boombox on disk repeat. Pick it up in our store right now, son. Just click the album cover to go straight to our store.

And while you're at it, why not grab yourself the hottest LP to hit the streets of our fine red state. Shining Path are exploding onto the scene with lo-fi punk-fueled blues that'll make your pappy's head spin. This musical crew of assorted high school lowlifes are some of the best songsmiths you'll ever have to deal with. If you aint believe us check their myspace and preview some tracks from their self-titled debut album.

So what's the deal with the sale? For the rest of April, anyone who buys a Shining Path or Nowhere Squares CD can have their choice of any Three Happenin Guys release for free! Just send us a message along with your order and we'll pack up the THG CD of your choosing (limit 1 per customer). There's three weeks left to take advantage of the music sale that Oprah Winfrey is calling "totally F'n sweet", so get on it.
